In early 2024 I was honored to be invited to the RISD Museum to lead two workshops of my design during the museum’s weekly free day. These workshops took place on April 7th and 21st in the Grand gallery on the fifth floor of the museum. I taught members of the public how to fold accordion books and invited them to fill their books after the prompt “try to translate a place you know.” The first workshop had 100 participants of ages ranging from less than a year to over seventy. Once each participants' book was complete, they joined it to the giant, branching accordion book on the gallery floor.
